Kelly is the VP of CSI Financial Services, the financial management arm of Costello and Sons Insurance. As a registered principal of Foothill Securities, Inc. and President of Broadwing Capital Advisors, Kelly brings over 25 years of experience to Costello Wealth Management’s full-service financial management division, which specializes in advising corporate retirement plans, and organization and managing of the wealth of affluent individuals. Kelly is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and serves as a member of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, and the Financial Planning Association.

Kelly graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. From there he went to work for the Marketing department of the San Francisco Giants, where he served as liaison between the Giants’ corporate front office and its corporate sponsors.

After enjoying the limelight of working for a professional sports franchise for two years, in 1985 Kelly decided to pursue a more entrepreneurial path, which eventually led to a career in personal financial planning and money management. He has been providing financial guidance to clients ever since.

Kelly and his two children, Dylan and Bowen, have lived in Marin County since 1994. In his spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with his children, golfing, getting together with friends, coaching and playing soccer, reading historical fiction, watching scary movies, and rough housing with his dog, Graffiti.
