Nicole is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Costello & Sons Insurance (CSI), and responsible for the day-to-day operations of both the commercial and personal lines departments. She began her career with CSI in 2004 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager working exclusively with technology companies. Nicole’s leadership was quickly recognized through her ability to collaborate and join together our service team’s resources and knowledge base. She has continued to grow and refine our internal processes by focusing on efficiency, quality and the highest possible use of current technologies.

Prior to CSI, Nicole was a Client Representative with Marsh in their LA office and completed their worldwide Graduate Training Program.
