Rodney is the CEO and President of AssureTech Insurance Services,* a specialty insurance wholesale brokerage.  He is a recognized leader in the areas of executive and professional liability, with an emphasis on Technology/Life Sciences, Financial Institutions, Venture Capital and Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions.  Prior to founding AssureTech, Rodney was a Managing Director at Carpenter Moore, a subsidiary of the Nasdaq OMX Group, where he led the national Financial Institutions and Capital Markets insurance group.  Before then he was a Principal in both the Management Risk and Private Equity Practice Groups for Integro Insurance Brokers, managing the firm’s West Coast Private Equity Practice.  An attorney by training, Rodney was associated with the law firm, Latham & Watkins, and prior to that with the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition.  Rodney and his wife, Janet, have a young daughter.
