What is a 401(k)?
A 401(k) is a type of retirement plan that allows workers to save for retirement while deferring income taxes on the saved money and earnings until withdrawn. An employee elects to have a portion of his or her wage paid directly, or deferred into his or her 401(k) account. .
Why do I need it?
Your financial future depends on what you save for yourself today. How does it work?
Your employer establishes a plan through CSI. Enrollment and education meetings are held to guide you through the process. In a self-directed plan, you manage and choose which investments are suited to your retirement goals
