We place special emphasis on the Real Estate E&O policy, as it is the policy that can be the most difficult to understand.  Our CSI team has spent countless hours reviewing E&O policy forms to ensure our insurance team has a deep technical knowledge of the complexities of Real Estate E&O liability.

To highlight our analysis we have developed a comprehensive matrix that allows our real estate clients to understand the differences between policy forms and make an educated decision about their risk management program.  Also, in conjunction with many of California's finest real estate attorneys, we provide comprehensive risk management insurance for real estate agents and brokers called “Got CSI?”

The “Got CSI?” Risk Management Program provides extensive education and resources including seminars, webinars, a legal advice hotline and a risk management consultation.  In conjunction with a properly designed E&O policy, this Program is designed to prevent and/or mitigate real estate E&O claims. This Program is only available for C.A.R. members who place their E&O liability through CSI.  In addition to insurance for real estate agents and brokers, our Personal Lines department can provide specialized support and resources for you and your clients.
